Our little house by the Oak tree is a short term rental with a spacious 1400 sq. ft fully furnished and remodeled home with garage. It sits on a fenced and electric gated 2.5 acre property. Beautiful country setting with rolling hills, views of the Huer Huero "seasonal" river and surrounded by award winning wineries.

The open floor-plan is freshly painted and new vinyl plank flooring. The entryway has a closet, living room with a fireplace and wall mounted swivel 50" TV, big dining room with bay window, and a large kitchen with breakfast table and indoor laundry room. The Master suite bedroom has a queen adjustable bed, big 4 door closet and full bathroom with walk in shower. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a full size bathroom with Tub/Shower. One bedroom has as queen bed and other bedroom has a queen sofa sleeper, twin bed and TV. Outside areas include bistro table and two chairs at the entrance, covered patio with table and six chairs on side yard and fire table with chairs in the backyard. Front and back yards are fully landscaped and fenced.

If you enjoy walking, you will see llamas, goats, mini horses, horses, cows, and of course deer. We are within a few minutes of Rava, Stillwater, Cass, Sculpterra and Tobin James wineries to name a few. There are so many more! Only 15 minutes to the historical Paso Robles downtown with park, library, shops, dining, bars, tasting rooms, movie theater and art galleries. We are also close to the Ravine Water Park, Bruce Munro lights at Sensorio, Barney Schwartz park, River Oaks Hot Springs Spa and Golf range, and the Mid-State Fairgrounds.
We live in the Main house next door and in most cases will be available for questions, concerns or maintenance needed.
